The new construction of three buildings. The approximately 490 residential units are divided into shared housing and individual studios, providing living space for about 500 people. The ground floor contains workspaces for students as well as a daycare facility. Additional meeting areas are located in a landscaped inner courtyard as well as in various lounge areas. The building is certified Minergie P-Eco.
