Permitted use

This portal is available to you for information about construction projects and the companies involved in them. No user account is required; use is free of charge. Losys GmbH endeavours to ensure high availability but does not owe it.

The following are not permitted in particular:

• the automated extraction of content (scraping) and bulk queries going beyond customary use — with the exception of indexing by search engines within the scope of our specifications;
• circumventing technical protection or limitation measures;
• using the contact details accessible on this portal for unsolicited advertising or for trading in address data;
• acts that impair the availability or security of the portal.

If you send an enquiry to a company via the portal, we forward your details to that company. Losys GmbH does not thereby become party to any business relationship and does not broker contracts. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.

The website contains links to other websites operated by third parties. Losys GmbH does not control such websites and is in no way responsible for their content. Providing links to other websites does not constitute endorsement of the content shown there and does not imply any connection with their operators. Role of Losys GmbH and origin of the content

This portal is a platform. The reference projects published — including descriptions, details of participants, images and documents — originate either from the respective companies presented or from research by Losys GmbH. Losys GmbH provides in particular the technical platform.

The company posting content itself is responsible for the content it posts — in particular for holding the necessary copyright, image and personality rights. Losys GmbH is responsible for the project presentations that it researches itself and creates with its own photographs. Once Losys GmbH becomes aware of infringing content, it removes it without delay or blocks access to it.

A company presented may take over a project presentation created by Losys GmbH and edit it in its own version; from the point of takeover it counts as content of that company. The version maintained by Losys GmbH remains unaffected by this. In addition, Losys GmbH creates its own overview, topic and explanatory pages, for which it is itself responsible.

Content

Losys GmbH applies all reasonable care to ensure the correctness, completeness or quality, accuracy and currency of the information provided. However, Losys GmbH accepts no liability for the correctness and completeness of the data. Furthermore, Losys GmbH gives no warranty that the functions of this portal are free of errors. Liability claims against Losys GmbH relating to damage of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded in principle.
