The building structures are sharply defined by the glossy ceramic tile facade and allow reflections of the tree leaves moving in the wind to appear on the tile surface. The supporting structure is constructed as conventional solid construction in cast-in-place concrete and brick. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light and air into the apartments. The material surfaces of the interior design are bright, functional and robust. All houses meet Minergie requirements. Among other things, all apartments are equipped with a controlled ventilation system. The heating energy is supplied via the district heating network of the city of Zurich.
