The three residential buildings on Chemin du Chêne are organized around a landscaped courtyard, offering a relaxation and gathering space with a common room. Covered passages, animated by the storefronts of community laundry-lounges, provide access to the two similar buildings of the courtyard, organized by walkways that encourage interaction between residents. The 175 apartments, varied in sizes and typologies, promote social and intergenerational diversity. The project, certified Minergie, emphasizes sustainability with shared spaces and eco-mobility. The architecture, inspired by the industrial context, uses a prefabricated concrete framework, transformed in the courtyard by horizontal continuous balconies.
