A new construction project has begun at Rue de la Borde 17 and 17b in Lausanne. The building will comprise 29 high-quality apartments, ranging from studios to 2.5-room units, over an area of 1,126 m². A commercial space of 204 m² will be set up on the ground floor. The building will be Minergie-certified and equipped with a 25 kW photovoltaic installation on the roof. New tenants will be able to move in by the end of 2024.
