The building group consists of a single-family house, semi-detached houses and multi-family houses. The prismatic building structures allow an undirected compositional arrangement, with ever-opening views.
The park landscape flows freely through the development in all directions. By partially mirroring the floor plans as well as the constantly changing perspectives due to the oblique angles, repetitive effects are avoided.
The development is to be realized taking into account ecological and building biological principles.
