The City indoor swimming pool will undergo a complete renovation after 25 years of operation. In addition to the swimming and non-swimming pools, a variable pool with a movable floor will be installed. The sauna will be completely redesigned. The swimming hall roof will be reopened with an illuminated glass roof. These measures will result in a significant improvement of the facilities for pool users. All building systems, such as pool water treatment, extensive heat pump systems, heating, ventilation, sanitary installations and electrical systems will be completely replaced and adapted to current modern operational requirements. The very tight spatial conditions present a major challenge.
