Household Community 50plus
At Kanzleistrasse 50 in Winterthur-Seen, GESEWO has realized an innovative project for self-determined living in the second half of life. It enables approximately 20 people in 16 residential units to maintain a household community that allows for both social contacts as well as individuality and separation. We residents therefore have our own apartments and additionally generous shared spaces for diverse uses.
Building Features:
The house impresses with distinctive architecture and convinces with Minergie-P-Eco standard. Excellent connection to public transport (S-Bahn station and bus stops in the immediate vicinity).
