The La Concorde neighbourhood, located in Lancy, is the result of collaboration between neighbourhood associations, the Canton of Geneva and several public foundations. The project provides for 850 homes that comply with High Energy Performance standards. The buildings, designed to minimise noise disturbance, will offer through apartments with generous loggias. A centralised car park, accessible from Avenue de l'Ain, will be shared for various uses. A large public park and shopping galleries will improve quality of life and accessibility for residents.
