Located directly at the highway interchange, the eastern access to the city has been redefined and the overall complex now acts as a structuring generator for the development of the entire area. As a counterpart to the western city boundary at the lakeside, the planned generous and horizontally organized public sports facility will redefine the city expansion to the east. Between these two public space facilities, the city will become denser, with connections to public and private transportation.
