The Pictet Group is building a cutting-edge building at the heart of the Praille Acacias Vernets (PAV) project in Geneva, the Pictet Rochemont Campus, which will be emblematic of this mixed urban area. Scheduled for 2025, this 23-storey building will integrate nature and advanced technology to promote well-being, transparency and cooperation. The project includes green spaces, a public park and the renaturalisation of the Drize river. Approximately 10,300 m² will be dedicated to the construction of 100 high-quality apartments. Environmental impact is minimized through innovative construction material management methods.
