Located on the Vessy plateau in Veyrier, the Grands Esserts district spans 12 hectares and has belonged to the Geneva State Pension Fund (CPEG) since 2012. This project provides for the construction of 222 housing units, offering intergenerational and multicultural social diversity. The first phase of 800 housing units is to be completed by 2030, with the first residents expected at the end of 2025. The Real Estate Foundation of the City of Veyrier (FIVV) and several housing cooperatives will purchase part of the housing units as the work progresses.
