Living in the Selve
Construction of the first phase of what will eventually comprise over 200 rental and owner-occupied apartments began in September 2009. In the meantime, the fifth and final phase is already under way. The first residents moved into their apartments in spring 2011.
The apartments, which include 2½- to 5½-room units and attic apartments, impress with the architecture by the office Luscher Architectes SA Lausanne. The entrance to the residential area is marked by two imposing high-rises with heights of over 27 and almost 40 meters respectively.
Realization: 1st phase (Building plots A, B, C, E): from autumn 2009
Move-in: 1st phase: from spring 2011
