The former administrative building of Post Lausanne (Ouchy 4 to 6) is located in the heart of transport hubs in Lausanne: Lausanne SBB Main Railway Station and the nearby stations Lausanne East and West; public transport such as the Metro M1 and M2 on the North-South axis from Lausanne to Ouchy is also in close proximity to the renovation project.

The existing office building is currently undergoing complete renovation and will offer, over 6 floors, the creation of high-end offices (approx. 7,000 m2).

The former postal sorting hall, occupying approx. 3,000 m2, and the basement of approx. 2,500 m2 are undergoing partial renovation for temporary use during the development phase of the overall project.

The development of the entire site, located on a plot of 12,600 m2, has great potential.
The site development "La Poste" will continue through 2017. (initial work on the building has already been carried out)
