In a district frozen for more than a century, a new building integrates harmoniously, filling a forgotten gap in the urban development of the 19th century. Located at the edge of the Eaux-Vives district, this new complex is set within a rich historical and architectural context. The building, discreet and respectful of the construction codes of the era, will house apartments and a nursery on the ground floor, thus contributing to reinject life into the neighborhood. Architecturally, the nursery forms the base of the complex, while the apartments, distributed over several floors, offer varied perspectives and maximum brightness. In summary, this new construction represents a contemporary reinterpretation of the existing, contributing to revitalize and redefine urban space.
