The «Schützengasse 22» project combines rural and urban living.
The open, relaxed arrangement of the buildings and the park-like surroundings, which flow between the individual houses, convey the feeling of living in green spaces.

The three apartment buildings with 29 owner-occupied apartments and one studio offer a diverse housing mix that meets the different needs of singles, couples and families. Planned are a small studio or studio apartment, four apartments with 2½, fifteen with 3½, nine with 4½ and one apartment with 5½ rooms. The final layout of the floor plans can be determined depending on the construction progress according to the buyer's wishes.
All apartments are accessible by lift and are designed to be barrier-free and age-appropriate.

The living areas from 70 m2 to 160 m2 are generously designed, bright and open.
The design of the kitchen, bathroom, flooring and wall coverings is carried out according to individual finishing wishes. To facilitate your selection, a comprehensive materialization concept for all finishing positions is already available to you after the architect's selection.

The apartments are oriented either towards the garden, towards the nearby park or towards the town centre. Windows, loggias and terraces are arranged so that views are maximized and sightlines are minimized.
