On the site of the former Jobarena and south of the existing Parkarena, the TownVillage dream is now becoming reality. A total of 61 apartments are being built, 50% of which are for seniors, the rest for singles, families and 2 residential groups for people with mental health limitations. On the first upper floor, a Spitex facility and a day care center for seniors are planned.
