Building G3 is located in the emerging Leutschenbach area in Zurich-Oerlikon and is part of the Andreaspark. With a height of 42 meters and 14 stories, Andreaspark 3 is a striking cubic structure, from whose upper floors there is a wide view towards Zurichberg. 90 new apartments with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms and an area between 53 and 110 square meters increase the supply of attractively located rental apartments in the rapidly growing Zurich North urban area from mid-2012, excellently connected by the Glattal railway.
Thanks to an unobstructed south-facing orientation, plenty of sunlight falls into the apartments with loggias. In its formal language, the building incorporates elements from the completed residential development Andreaspark 2 as well as from the service building Business Center Andreaspark.
