Conversion of the Hug shoe factory at Industriestrasse 52 in Dulliken. The buildings of the former shoe factory are being transformed into residential units.
Spaciousapartments with high hall-like living spaces are reminiscent of the former use. Three stairwells, gallery corridors with adjacent patios and corridors connect all apartments and create an internal path network with an urban character. The existing reinforced concrete skeleton is being restored in accordance with heritage conservation principles.
