The sustainable new construction project "Margrethenpark GABA" is being developed in the center of Ballwil. Along Luzernerstrasse, residential and commercial buildings are being realized that give the former Galliker site a new identity. The five-story buildings in timber frame construction are among the largest wooden buildings in the Seetal region. A groundwater heat pump and photovoltaic systems ensure nearly CO₂-neutral energy supply. The modern 3½- to 5½-room owner-occupied apartments offer generous floor plans and high-quality fittings.
