The AuPark, located in Au-Wädenswil on the Au peninsula, offers a harmonious blend of residential comfort and urban ambiance with lake views extending to the Säntis. The project comprises 106 owner-occupied apartments with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms and creates a stylish home for families, couples, or nature enthusiasts. Four new buildings surround a central park that provides recreation and play areas, while the terrace offers an unobstructed view of Lake Zurich. AuPark integrates family gardens, promotes sustainability, and is built to the SNBS Gold Standard, with the natural design of the area providing habitat for local flora and fauna.
