The conversion is carried out in construction phases. In the storeys not affected by the renovation, as well as in the properties at Falkenstrasse 12 and Seehofstrasse 6, operations must be maintained. The locations for the high-voltage and communications centres will be relocated in several phases. The building connections for EWZ and Swisscom will be newly installed. In the areas of conversion, all high and low-voltage installations will be renewed.
