New, energy-efficient buildings are being constructed on Gutstrasse, replacing the structures from the 1950s. The residential offering includes 2.5 to 5.5-room apartments, complemented by a kindergarten on the ground floor. There is plenty of space: 2.5-room apartments offer at least 40 m² of living area, and larger apartments feature loggias of approximately 12 m². The highlight is the expanded roof terrace, ideal for relaxed barbecue evenings. The demolition with hazardous material remediation has begun, and move-in is planned for autumn 2026.
