The Schlatt-Park 2 in Schmerikon comprises three multi-family houses adapted to the sloping terrain and offering generous outdoor spaces and views of the Glarus Alps. The energy-efficient construction uses ground probes for heating and hot water, as well as photovoltaic systems for electricity generation. The focus is on a sustainable energy concept and high-quality living spaces with family-friendly apartments and playgrounds. The apartments will be ready for occupancy from autumn 2024 to early 2025
