The renovation of two existing apartment buildings and one new apartment building (total 40 units) was realized as a plus energy building and EGV/ZEV. To enable the development to produce more energy than it consumes, the facade and roofs were equipped with PV modules. Parking spaces for electric cars are provided to tenants in the parking hall.
