Two Zurich housing cooperatives are building around 340 apartments of high residential and living quality on the outskirts of Zurich. The "Klee" settlement is located on the northern edge of Zurich Affoltern, in the immediate vicinity of an attractive local recreation area, characterized by Katzensee, Büsisee, forest and meadows. Thanks to good access to both public transport and individual traffic, Zurich city center is easily accessible in a short time. Kindergartens, schools, shopping and sports facilities are within walking distance.
A outstanding feature of the apartments are the attractive private outdoor spaces: All residential units have either a garden seating area, a balcony or a 2-story loggia. Attractive floor plans and optimal natural light contribute to high quality of life. Ecological building methods were also given priority. Rentable individual and communal spaces, a day care center, parking spaces and a number of garden plots on the roof round off the offer. Ecological building methods were also given priority.
