Partial renovation of the nursing and residential home at Badstrasse 4 in Adliswil.
The core zone of the 6-storey main building was equipped with modern care bathrooms, and various existing rooms were repurposed. 17 new residential and care places were installed in the former staff wing. The approximately 35-year-old kitchen was completely renovated. The dining hall was enlarged and upgraded with an attached winter garden.
