Here Allreal is realizing 52 attractive 2.5 to 5.5 room rental apartments and the rehearsal stages of the opera house.

Rental: from 2013
On the Escher-Wyss site, Allreal is planning a residential high-rise building, the Escher-Terrassen. The ground floor will be the new location for the rehearsal stages of the Zurich opera house. The new building designed by e2a Eckert Eckert Architekten AG integrates the so-called model warehouse on Hardturmstrasse from 1900. Allreal developed the Escher-Terrassen as part of the strategy defined for the site.
The supplementary design plan for building lots B and F in the Escher-Wyss area had to be adapted for the Escher-Terrassen project. The revised design plan has been in effect since April 2009.
