New Terraced Apartments

From March 2007 to April 2008, a new building with four terraced apartments was constructed in the Grafenstein area of Winterthur on a sloping site. On the ground floor level, there is space for four double garages, the heating system, and access to the lift. The apartments, arranged in a staggered manner on the slope, offer high-quality comfort and spacious terraces.

The four terraced apartments were designed and built to Minergie standard. Improved thermal insulation and a comfort ventilation system reduce energy consumption, protect the environment, and contribute to improved indoor climate. The Minergie standard includes controlled comfort ventilation with heat recovery, which supplies the apartment with fresh air at all times even when windows are closed and provides protection against dust and pollen.
