A modern residential building with six storeys and a total of 35 furnished studios for individuals is being built on Chemin des Chenevières in Bulle. The design is by architect Martin Rauber. The project places particular emphasis on sustainable mobility – only four parking spaces are provided. In addition to living space, the building offers communal areas, a fitness room and five small commercial spaces. With a floor area of around 300 m², the building will realize an urban, compact residential concept.
