Haus Storchen

Until February 2019, the «Haus Storchen» at Hauptgasse 5 in Appenzell was used as a pharmacy. After the previous tenant moved out, the property owner examined various options for the future use of the overall renovation-needed house. She wants to convert the over 170-year-old house so that the ground floor continues to be available for commercial purposes and the upper floors allow for residential or supplementary commercial use.
With Thomas Sutter AG, a tenant was found who wants to continue using the entire house for commercial purposes.
