By June 2011, the Rosenberg residential development will be built in Winterthur, consisting of 4 multi-family houses to Minergie standards with 151 attractive apartments. The new center combines living and shopping in a practical way, directly above the new Migros Rosenberg shopping center, with a lift providing direct access to the shopping center, restaurants, and garage. In addition, the comfortable apartments feature modern floor plans and south-facing balconies with views of the new green spaces.
«James - Winterthur Rosenberg» is the result of a meticulous planning process. The four angled residential buildings create three exciting, individually landscaped outdoor spaces. Attractive, artistically designed garden landscapes are created away from the street, serving as oases of high residential quality. Great care has also been taken in designing the entrance areas, which as the entrance to the stairwells provide a first impression of the building. Ultimately, however, color design is also an essential part of the architecture. It skillfully sets accents, deliberately creates and enhances individual moods, and simply looks good. Tasteful bathrooms, beautifully designed vestibules, and stylish materials enchant the interior and underscore the high-quality impression.
