In the idyllic Schinznach-Dorf, the innovative district «AEON» is being created – a small ensemble of ten multi-family and semi-detached houses. The spacious, bright residential units (2½ to 5½ rooms) convince with private gardens, loggias and communal areas as well as with ecological timber-concrete solid construction, ground source heat pump and Minergie standard. Sitting pavilions, play areas, allotment gardens and underground parking garage with bicycle station promote quality of life and community. The green patina facade harmonizes with the sloping terrain – quality, sustainability and living comfort in one project
