On Katzenrütistrasse in Rümlang, a sustainable multi-family housing project is being built as a replacement for five buildings with a total of 139 apartments (3½–5½ rooms). The wood-concrete masonry construction, ground source heat pumps and photovoltaics meet Minergie requirements and guarantee low operating costs. The park-like courtyard with pavilion invites you to linger. Barrier-free access via elevators, private balconies or seating areas as well as underground parking with e-mobility stations provide high living comfort. The cooperatively oriented neighborhood promotes encounters and community in a green environment.
