With the new project 'Living at the City Garden' in Effretikon, Habitat 8000 AG is realizing 56 age-appropriate apartments in close proximity to the Bruggwiesen nursing and care center. The eight-story building impresses with communal facilities, privately usable outdoor spaces and direct access to the publicly designed city garden. Reception, office spaces, commercial areas and communal rooms are being created on the ground floor.
