The site at the edge of Döttingen has a length of approximately 180 m and a width of approximately 100 m and comprises 15 buildings with a total of 139 residential units, which are divided into 119 rental apartments and 21 apartments in cooperative ownership. The three underground parking halls, with a total of 220 spaces, largely keep motorized traffic away from the landscaped interior of the site. Additional visitor parking spaces are located at the edge of the development along Schützenhausstrasse.
