The Martini-Wohnpark at Martinistrasse 2 in 8552 Felben-Wellhausen (Canton Thurgau) is a modern residential project. It comprises both modern condominiums and rental apartments. These are equipped with contemporary standards. This includes, among other things, energy-efficient construction and in some cases a balcony or terrace. In total there are 30 new apartments, which range from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms in size, as well as 18 row family houses with over 4.5 rooms.
