The historic Zürich Military Barracks is undergoing comprehensive renovation and conversion to accommodate the Adult Education Center (BiZE), featuring public amenities such as gastronomy on the ground floor and a central atrium for flexible learning formats. The project, designed by Spillmann Echsle Architekten, won the competition procedure, with construction budgeted at approximately 180 million Swiss francs. Construction work began in July 2025, with completion scheduled for 2029.
