From the outset, the client's objective (which also aligned with the city of Adliswil's goals) was to realize a high-quality residential development that is attractive from an urban planning perspective at this premium location. The project spans building sections 73, 75, 77, and D.
Building 73 (approximately 30% of the entire complex) will feature attractive rental apartments at reasonable rental rates; buildings 75 and 77 will feature owner-occupied apartments. Upon completion of all construction phases, approximately 210 residential units with varying numbers of rooms and sizes will have been created for around 400 Adliswil residents.
