The «Baumgarten» project in Zurich-Höngg comprises 38 rental apartments built sustainably using wood element construction from Swiss wood. The architecture impresses with natural wood ceilings, ceramic flooring and spacious south-facing terraces. Technically, the Minergie-P-ECO building relies on ground source heat pumps with passive cooling as well as a photovoltaic system including an in-house power storage unit.
