The expansion of Restaurant Bruderhaus on the Eschenberg in Winterthur is being constructed using timber building methods with a heritage-compliant extension building and its own outdoor bar service. Inside, an additional space for 30 guests is being created, and outside, a permanently installed bar area. Construction begins in early 2025 – the outdoor bar service is scheduled to open in April 2025, and the interior expansion is expected to be completed by November 2025.
