The Eigengrund housing cooperative is realizing the sustainable Pünt residential settlement with 92 apartments by 2026 in Egg ZH, including senior and care housing units. Seven new buildings in prefabricated timber construction with untreated wood cladding meet the SNBS Gold standard. The project impresses technically through ground source heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and barrier-free access. Community spaces and a carefully designed outdoor area promote neighborly coexistence.
