The commercial building at Ernst Nobs Platz 7 in the center of Zurich, directly next to Selnau railway station, has six full stories and an attic floor. The building's own underground garage completes the space offering. To extend the useful life of the building, which was constructed between 1999 and 2001, a comprehensive renovation was decided upon.
