The Gasthaus Ochsen at Dorfplatz 12 in Urnäsch will undergo comprehensive renovation and expansion until summer 2025. The architects Staufer & Hasler preserve historical elements such as wood paneling and timber-frame walls and complement them with modern technology. Planned are a new kitchen, a wine cellar, four suites, an apartment, and a connection to the district heating network.
