The project consists mainly of two buildings of different shapes and heights. The six-storey courtyard building forms a clear closure to Hardaupark and extends into the courtyard like a comb. On Hardstrasse, a row building complements the existing block edge. The apartments in the courtyard building are pragmatically and clearly divided into communal and private areas, mostly even facing three sides. Views and visualizations tell of an architecture whose disciplined, unpatented expression is appropriate to the task.
