The Rüttimann area in Siebnen is being revitalized on the grounds of the former furniture factory. The project comprises several new buildings with commercial use on the ground floor and residential spaces on the upper floors. Particularly noteworthy are sustainable open spaces and public meeting areas such as the Rüttimann Square.
