Building B35 is located at Bolleystrasse No. 35, on the site where a water reservoir operated by the City of Zurich was in operation between 1920 and 1990. It contains 4 apartments, a basement level, and a parking garage.
On the partial plot B of the former reservoir, the water reservoir remains at approximately 50%. The southern part will be separated and the new building will be constructed in front of and above the existing structure. This results in a room volume of approximately 250m2 on the first basement level, consisting of approximately 100m2 of new construction and 150m2 of reservoir.
