In Zurich Höngg, the Steiner Group realized 46 new 2.5 to 4.5 room rental apartments between July 2007 and February 2009 in a quiet residential district and within convenient walking distance to public transport and the district centre. The replacement new building, with a total length of 120 meters and a building depth of around 30 meters, replaced four separate multi-family houses as a single complex.
