The new development on Schaffhauserstrasse/Oerlikonerstrasse in Zurich is being designed as a modern residential district. Around 65 small city apartments are planned that meet sustainable standards, including the SNBS Gold Label. Construction work began in summer 2023 with the preparation of the construction pit and the demolition of old buildings. The project is characterized by innovative construction methods and inner-city greening, including climbing plants and low-CO₂ design.
