The architectural team Linearch created an individual renovation concept with an inspiring and lively design. The external appearance is modern and the urban architecture stands out with its distinctive bay windows and artful grey/red color play. In the attic storey, four attractive 3½-room attic apartments are being created, each with generous terraces. The 29 high-quality residential units with their 1½-, 2½- and 3½-room layouts also receive generously designed balconies on the courtyard side. All apartments are ready for occupancy from 1 March 2010. The interior also emphasizes residential comfort. All apartments receive new parquet flooring made of smoked, dark oak. The tasteful kitchens in black/white and the bright bathrooms complete the modern interior design.
